This includes drafting and reviewing of employment contracts and ensuring compliance as well as drafting of other related documents such as confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-competition agreements, intellectual property rights agreement depending on the needs of our client\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s particular business. While we strongly represent our clients in litigation, our assistance in negotiations and dispute resolution often guarantees a non-costly, more favourable approach to employment issues.<\/p>\n
